Ayat Selection

"And when My slaves ask you (O Muhammad SAW) concerning Me, then (answer them) I am indeed near (to them by My knowledge). I respond to the invocation of supplicant when he calls on Me (without any mediator or intercessor). So let them obey Me and believe in Me so that they may be led aright"
(Surah 2 Al Baqarah 186)

Random Diary

Assalamualaikum

Happy Eid Mubarrak everyone! Alhamdulillah :)
Forgive me for all mistakes. May Allah bless us. Ameen.

- On the last day of Ramadhan month, my older sister kak Ika and father came from Jakarta. We decided to picked them in Juanda airport Surabaya because they arrived on the same day. We stayed a night in Balai Diklat Surabaya, place where my father worked in Surabaya 8 years ago, just like dormitory actually It was. But,  I was surprised by the building that day that it was quite different compared to the last time I visited. It was much better, more comfortable, and clean because mostly all parts were new. At night we went to Sunan Ampel Masjid Surabaya to pray the last Tarawih. Wow! The condition in the mosque and surroundings were successfully reminded me to the situation in Makkah and Madinah. You know, there were  stalls lined on the way toward the mosque that sell any Arabian stuff just like roads on the way to Masjidil Haram, the sound of Kor'an recitation, the interior design, the way imam lead the pray, and others. Unfortunately I forget to take the picture in Sunan Ampel Mosque.
(Lesson learned : Ramadhan months is a very special months that come only once a year, the month of forgiveness, the month where Kor'an was sent down to the world. we never know whether we can meet the next Ramadhan or not)
(Random lesson learned : I regretted because I didn't bring a kind of journey notes when I was Omra. I think on other occasion I should bring it, You know, Tied up memory and knowledge by writing)

- O ya, lately I bought a book when I had a walk with Cici tittled Dream Catcher by Alanda Kariza. recommended book, espesially for youth. Youth spirit! Such an inspiring book that reminds us to 'turn on' more our dreams. We may not underestimate our dreams.  I did not finish reading it yet.
(Lesson Learned: If you do not know what do you want (read : dream), you will end up with a lot of you don't)

Bring It On !

Assalamu'alaikum Wr Wb.
Alhamdulillah,
Not long after arrived in Lumajang, I had a photo session (If I can say so) with my lovely fashionable sister, Chacha.  This was not planned before, but suddenly appeared when we saw the interesting spot in the hotel we stayed. It was very simple actually (I know) compared to the other photo sessions, but I am pretty happy because these photos were taken only by handphone camera. Aaand, I had been already wearing hijab, yeay! Hope you like it. :DD

Omra (part 1)

Assalamu'alaikum Wr. Wb

Alhamdulillahirobbilalamin..
All Praises is to Allah ! Allah is the Greatest !
Allah gave an unpredictable opportunity to experience Omra to Saudi Arabia in Ramadhan Month with my entire family. My first Omra. It occured on July 17th, for 12 days long. All praises is to Allah. :)
Very very happy! Visiting Al Masjid Al Haram with Its Great Kakbah and Nabawi Mosque was really the best religious experience I ever had. I felt like I got very closer to Allah and the Messanger Prophet Muhammad SAW. This tour was guided by Kindai Tour and Travel. To keep it memorized, I would like to review my journey (Myabe It will take more than 1 post :p)

House in Malang and Jakarta, July 16th 2012
One day before the departure to Saudi, the situation in my house both in Malang and jakrta were very much busy. Multimoment! My father was the leader of this tour at his office, so he was very busy preparing, leading, and arranging final preparation before leaving the next day. Mita, my youngest sister had her new college student enrollment in Brawijaya University, that the announcement of acceptance occured on the day before, and she left Malang in the afternoon accompanied with my auntie. Nurika, My older sister still worked on her office and came back home the next day morning, and packing was done some hours before departure. In the night we still had schedule to attend Manasik in Bintang Hotel. It finished at about 11 pm. On our way home, we realized that that day was Mita's birthday so we went to bakery shop to bought Birthday Cake and celebrated it when arrived at home. After the celebration, we just couldn't had a tight sleep (I slept about 1 hour) because our packing preparation was not ready yet. There were still many things we had to put in to our bag. But Alhamdulillah, All bag was ready in the morning.

Soekarno Hatta Airport, July 17th 2012, 1 pm WIB
Went to Soekarno Hatta with my sleepy eyes, aaand unfortunately the fly was delayed. Eventhough these eyes was mostly closed and we need to wait longer, but my happines that I would be in Saudi only in some hours towards made my spirit was lightened up. It was my very first experience to go abroad. Happy, sleepy, tired, and fear is mixed up to be one. Fear? Yap, It was what I really felt that time. The longest flying duration I ever experienced before was only about 1 hour, and these flight would run for about 9 hours. On the plane, sometimes I looked at the window, I saw the sky and I don't know but my feeling was better seeing the view outside. At some moments, when the plane shaking, when I fear about it, I opened Kor'an and read the translation.
Here are some photos :

Oke then, I will continue it on the next post Insya Allah.
See you very soon. :*
By the way, I am wearing hijab from now on and forever InsyaAllah, Amin.
