well, I always ask, why holidays past very fast? hehe .. 3 days more left..
I want to make something from fruit.. and I have bananas.. hmm.. finally I decide to make banana muffin.. wooohooooo! but, I want to make the cute-small one, so I call this baby banana muffin.. hohoho .. banana rich in kalium, so its good for you who hypocalemia..
too many version a found from the internet all looks very delicious, but finally I formulate my own recipe version.. here is the recipe for 14 baby muffins :
INGREDIENT :
1. 2 large ripe banana (I use Indonesian green banana)
2. 1/2 cup of white sugar ---- low calorie sugar is better
3. 1/2 cup of margarine ---- vegetable oil is better
4. 1/2 large egg
5. 1 cup of all purpose flour ---- wheat flour is better (contains higher fiber, so good for your digestive function)
6. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
7. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
8. a pinch of salt ---- low natrium salt is better
9. a pinch of ground cinnamon powder
10. 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (for more tasty muffin)

11. 1/4 cup of sour cream ---- plain yoghurt (keep your muffin moist and good for lactose intolerant people)
HOW TO MAKE IT :
use your mixer, set it to medium speed, and mix the green ingredients, then add and mix orange ingredients, lastly red ingredients. pour to the paper liners, bake it about 20 minutes in 375 degree F. Very Simple !
TIPS :
Don't mix it too long , it makes your muffin tender..
Preheat the oven before..

pssst, I use this ancient oven of my grandma's, but It still work.. alhamdulillah.. but, it takes 2 times longer.. huhu.. I hope I have my own microwave one day.. hahaha.. amin :)
