btw, I am very proud of him.. he'd already wrote for some magazine about Pegadaian Sharia (pawnshop where he works). He is very concern about Sharia economy.. Sharia economy is regulated by Islamic values that is sourced from Kor'an and Al Hadits.. Here is his article which was published on online magazine lately :

NUTRITION REQUIREMENTS FOR MOM (1)
assalamu'alaikum everyone.. :)
different from my previous pages, now I am going to share just a little bit scientific. That is what I know about nutrition requirements for mom, especially for pregnant.. hihih .. it is useful not only for mom, but also for dad for your beloved wife and anyone which is going to pregnant, so you can prepare better..
1. Energy
First thing you have to note is calorie requirements.. Calorie is the amount of energy usually in kilo-calorie (kcal) or kjoule. In pregnant women, it increases gradually depend of the age of your gestation. I devide it in three parts : 1st trimester. 2nd trimester, and 3rd trimester. Each trimester consist of three months. During 1st trimester is very small addition. Only 10 kcal, almost the same to normal women.but then increase an additional 340 to 360 kcal/day during the second trimester and another ll2 kcal/day in the third trimester( IOM, 2002)
2. Protein
Protein requirement increases throughout gestation and is maximum during the third trimester.The current RDA (Recommended Daily Intake) of 0.66 g/kg/day of protein for pregnant women is the same as that for the nonpregnant women in the first half of pregnancy and increases for the second half to 7l g/day (IOM,2002). For each additional fetus another 25 g/day of protein is recommended. Protein deficiency during pregnancy has adverse consequences,but limited intakes of protein and energy usually occur together, making it difficult to separate the effects of energy deficiency from those of protein deficiency.
3. Carbohydrate
The 135 to 175g /day is the recommended amount to provide enough calories in the diet to prevent ketosis and maintain appropriate blood glucose during pregnanry. This175 grams translates to 700 calories and is 35% of an average 2000 calorie/day regime. Careful choices are needed toinclude all the nutrients for pregnanry in the daily diet.
4. The amount
Fat in the diet should depend on energy requirements for proper weight gain. HoweveS for the first time there is a recommendation (an AI of 13 g/day) for the amount of n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (linoleic acid) and an AI of 1.4 g/day for the amount of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (ct-linolenic acid) in the diet (IOM, 2002).
Those are about the macronutrients need in pregnancy, and I will share the micronutrient need during pregnancy later..

GIFT FROM 'PENGAJIAN'
Well, I just went to Pengajian this morning.. so, what is Pengajian? Its difficult for me to find the english of pengajian in dictionary.. Pengajian is activities where we studying Islam together..
That was the second time I go there.. my parents do that every week, but they never push their children to do so.. My parents want if their children go there because of their self, not because pushing from someone else.. and I do the same.. I want to go there because of my own heart.. My parents eiger so much their children to do that.. I know it..
Ok, now I am going to tell you what I get there..
Prophet Muhammad tell us that every breath is the same with the price of valuable diamond.. can you imagine guys, how nay breath we took every minute? how many breath we took every hour? how many breath we took every years? if we multiply with the price of diamond nowadays, I am sure that even the richest man in the world cannot afford it.. so, how valuable our age given by Allah, right? so, from now on, from this second, learn to more respect to your time by doing activities that brings benefit to you and people around you.. SPIRIT! :)

FAMILY GATHERING :)
Sooo much work this week.. I got a full schedule of studying, finishing assignments while preparing test for the day after at the same time.. woahh.. I enjoy it actually. this week is block of subject of Physicological Aspect of Nutrition.. we had a class with guest lecture from a Phsycology Master. I enjoy that meeting, just like refreshing because I only face nutrition subject for about 5 semesters (2,5 years)..
since I had a PBL class yesterday, I have more works, as I have to find many references from valid sources about the case given before. unfortunately, after arriving at home about 4pm, I had to go again at 6 pm for having dinner outside with my family from jakarta, Pasuruan, and Lumajang..I do love this family gathering actually.

COOKING (AGAIN ??)
oooohh !
2 days more, then I will come back to campus..
why cooking again ? because if I already back to campus routinity I not have much time for cooking..
Still, the recipe is fruit-based..
now, I am using orange fruit as the main ingredient.. then I layered it with whip cream and chocolate cake on the glass..
Voila, this is it Orange Custard Pudding ala emy.. :)

Okay.. now I am going to tell about one of my dream..
It started when I was in first grade at Senior High School. One day,there is an older grade student entered to my class-X7 (really miss my classmates) to promote a kind of scholarship abroad.. She presented it really enteresting to me.. study abroad, meet friends from other countries, sharing culture, having host family, go to tourism objects, and all sound very very interesting to me.. and since that time, GOING ABROAD become one of my dream..
I really want to go anywhere besides my country.. It doesn't mean that I doesn't like my country.. Not at all.. I love Indonesia most of course.. but country borders doesn't mean that we are different, right?
so, where is the first country I want to go? First is Saudi Arabia.. then Bonn,Germany.. why Germany? where I can't speak in Germany at all,except apfelkuchen, hehe.. no idea.. maybe because my first abroad friend came from Germany. Then Venice, France, USA, and others..
There is so many programs offer to anyone to study abroad.. but unfortunately, most of them are commercial program. so It costs really high for me.. My parenst allow me to take it actually, but I just don't want to burden my parents, so I search search and search the full scholarship one.. I have tried most of them and failed.. But still, I will struggle to reach my dream.. I am sure, I will find my way..

BABY BANANA MUFFIN
assalamualaikum everyone.. :)
well, I always ask, why holidays past very fast? hehe .. 3 days more left..
I want to make something from fruit.. and I have bananas.. hmm.. finally I decide to make banana muffin.. wooohooooo! but, I want to make the cute-small one, so I call this baby banana muffin.. hohoho .. banana rich in kalium, so its good for you who hypocalemia..
too many version a found from the internet all looks very delicious, but finally I formulate my own recipe version.. here is the recipe for 14 baby muffins :
INGREDIENT :
HOW TO MAKE IT :
use your mixer, set it to medium speed, and mix the green ingredients, then add and mix orange ingredients, lastly red ingredients. pour to the paper liners, bake it about 20 minutes in 375 degree F. Very Simple !
TIPS :
Don't mix it too long , it makes your muffin tender..
Preheat the oven before..
and this is it baby banana muffin :
pssst, I use this ancient oven of my grandma's, but It still work.. alhamdulillah.. but, it takes 2 times longer.. huhu.. I hope I have my own microwave one day.. hahaha.. amin :)

2. 1/2 cup of white sugar ---- low calorie sugar is better

5. 1 cup of all purpose flour ---- wheat flour is better (contains higher fiber, so good for your digestive function)
6. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
7. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
8. a pinch of salt ---- low natrium salt is better
9. a pinch of ground cinnamon powder
10. 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (for more tasty muffin)

LOVE SMOOTHIE !
hello.. how r you guys? hope God always protects you wherever and whenever you are.. amin
finally, I've passed my last test.. after struggling understanding overcoming (can you understand it? :p) all scenarios given by my lecturers I hope for the best result..amin
it is the conditions usually happen at my bedroom when I study.. don't try this at home! hehe
and today, I make a recipe made from avocado (my favorite fruit). I call this avocado smoothie.. yuhuu! do you know guys. many people think that avocado not good for health, but actually avocado not that bad because it contains lutein, a kind of antioksidant wich good for your health.
its easy to make avocado smoothie.. just blend it till smooth, don't forget to add low calorie sugar and skim milk, lastly, put it on a glass and decorate as you want.. voila !! avocado smoothie ready to eat..

FISH SPA
wow..
so exciting today! I went to fish spa at one mall at my small town.. yeay!! its the first spa-ing there actually.. hihi .. I really not afraid at all at first, but when it comes for me to put down my foot to the aquarium, suddenly I shocked looking at the fish.. because they look can't wait to eat my foot.. woooah! haha.. but I enjoyed it at last :)
